How long does shipping take within the United States?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All Santa Cruz Shredder aluminum grinders come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in the teeth or structural integrity under normal use.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
How should I clean my Santa Cruz Shredder?
To maintain optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your shredder with 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Simply soak the components (excluding the hemp versions) and rinse with warm water, then allow to air dry completely.
Are your hemp grinders biodegradable?
Yes, our hemp line is made from 100% natural hemp biocomposite. These grinders are extremely durable for daily use but are designed to be fully biodegradable when composted at the end of their life cycle.
